Its a really good opportunity to spread awareness for about topics like anxiety depression and stress, and make it known that its normal to have those things, Bowden said.
Club members try to break the stigma behind mental health and make an impact on the Wildcat community.

I have a rare blood type, so I wanted to give that, said Eckels. Also I wanted to overcome my fear of needles. Kaelin fulfilled her goals with a smile.
